 principle of work:
The machine adopts electric magnetic speed motor to gear the motion to turntable, the turntable is equipped with bottle clipper , the bottle clipper rotate with turntable. The bottle be send to the inlet area by bottle inlet system .  then the bottle clipper clipped the bottle , kte the bottle go into the washing area. At the same time , act by lead rail. Let the bottle inversion .now , the washing valve is opened , the washing liquid crush into the bottle. First washing by thimerosal , then by clear water. After twice washing, the bottle reset by lead rail .then the bottle move out by thumbwheel , the washing process is complete. And the bottle is clear.
