DQ-2 is our company independently developed unmanned fully-auto filling & Capping machine which is widely used in mass food & beverage factory . Any liquid, semi liquid can be packed by this machine, like juice, mineral water, jam, chocolate paste, honey, butter .. Filling temperature can reach 90 degree. The packaging material is plastic stand up pouch with spout , spout doypack , screw cap packaging bag. It can be used for different height and width packaging products only adjust the hand wheel to pack different sizes of the products that increase reliability and operate easier . In one machine, only one same size spout of pouch can be used. If the spout size same, you can use different shape of pouch in one machine. Adopting advanced pneumatic component and imported switches , transformers and other major electrical parts from Germany , with stable work , low failure rate. Working rotating table is aluminum material with acid and alkali resistance , which make the machine with long service life.
