The cap sorting device is to let a large number of caps without a lid placed by shaking way. They will be ordered into the cap conveyor tunnel.The design of the vibrating plate depends on the diameter, height and shape of the lid. Different lids need to be designed with different vibration plates
Cap conveyor tunnel
The cap conveyor tunnel is used to transfer the caps, the rail is designed to allow a large number of lids to be transferred to the lid holder in an orderly manner. No stop, no drop, etc situations.

The chuck can be changed according to different cap size.
